Red Sneak Preview
Red sneak preview of one of the many wonderful red squirrels that I spent time in a hide in the Cairngorms, Scotland, in early Feb 2011. It was a fantastic encounter for this boy from Africa. Also, living in the south of England we only get the Grey Squirrel. Many consider them a pest because they’re an introduced species, but I like both of them.
For most of the time, the light was typical of winter. Grey and dark. However, for the briefest of periods, we got a little sunshine and this little red appeared and posed for us.
